Objective
To battle churn by increasing activity of assets created from features included in Issuu's premium plan. Redesign the Document page and instil design system components.
Results
Reduced churn by increasing the usage of premium features.
Substantially increased Ad revenue without comprising primary content.
Increased SEO traffic to the page, driving stats for publisher.
Role - UX Designer
As the UX designer on a team with one product manager, one ad specialist, business analyst, and six developers, I led workshops to deepen our understanding of the issues and brainstorm solutions. I analyzed pages, documented insights, and shared them with key stakeholders. I developed prototypes, designed new system components, and prepared comprehensive documentation for implementation.
